Stefanie Zargarbashi has over seven years of experience working as a behavioral health therapist for outpatient treatment in a collaborative care model. Stefanie has worked with various age group from children to older adults.

Stefanie offers a dynamic and patient-centered approach to treatment. Her practice is rooted in engaging patients with a compassionate “one size does NOT fit all”, wholeheartedness, and fostering a collaborative environment. Stefanie works with client’s on strengthening intrapersonal insight and awareness by providing alternative perspectives by which the client may conceptualize their past, present, and future.

 Stefanie brings a background in addressing a wide array of psychological challenges. Stefanie’s areas of focus are the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, life adjustments, and grief/loss. Beyond her clinical expertise, Stefanie harbors a deep-seated passion for supporting individuals in difficult times.

Stefanie is trained in somatic integration, Polyvagal integration, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialect Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, and Internal Family System treatment modalities.

Stefanie graduated with her Masters in Social Work from University of California, Los Angeles, CA in 2016 with a previous Bachelor’s in Psychology from Cal State University, Fullerton, CA in 2013. Additionally, Stefanie is a proud member of the National Association of Social Workers
